 Site Architect Role – Oversee Architectural Works in High-Rise Projects

About the Job

We are hiring a Senior Site Architect Engineer to manage on-site architectural works for major building construction projects in Dubai. Candidates must have at least 8 years of UAE experience and a background with top-tier contracting companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural execution and compliance with designs and specs

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and related disciplines

• Lead inspections, mock-ups, and material approvals

• Resolve on-site issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Ensure adherence to authority codes, safety, and contract docs

• Mentor junior engineers and drafters

• Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of relevant UAE experience

• Experience with Tier 1 contractors is mandatory

• Deep understanding of UAE building codes and regulations

• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and coordination tools

نبحث عن مهندس معماري أول في الموقع لإدارة وتنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية في مشاريع بناء متميزة في دبي. يشترط توفر خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات داخل الإمارات، وخبرة سابقة في شركات مقاولات من الدرجة الأولى.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية وضمان الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات

• التنسيق مع الفرق الإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية وغيرها من التخصصات

• قيادة الفحوصات المعمارية والموافقة على المواد والنماذج الأولية

• حل التحديات الميدانية بالتعاون مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين الفرعيين

• التأكد من الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية ومعايير السلامة والمستندات التعاقدية

• توجيه وتدريب المهندسين والمصممين الجدد

• تقديم تقارير التقدم وحضور اجتماعات التنسيق الدورية

المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع داخل الإمارات

• فهم قوي لقوانين البناء في الإمارات

• القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية بدقة

About the Job
We are seeking a Technical Engineer with strong experience in roads and infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting site execution, resolving technical issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specs, and technical submittals

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Provide technical support and resolve on-site challenges

• Ensure work meets contract and authority requirements

• Support in design modifications and technical documentation

• Attend meetings and provide technical insights

• Assist in inspections and enforce quality control

• Liaise with authorities for approvals and permits

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roads/infrastructure

• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and authority procedures

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• UAE experience preferred; UAE license is a plus

• الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في الإمارات ورخصة قيادة
