Quality Inspector

Abu Dhabi, EthosEnergy

• Coordinate daily development, maintenance, and execution of Quality compliance programs at EthosEnergy Abu Dhabi facility.

• Facilitate implementation of new Quality programs across the Middle East region and report on compliance with existing programs.

• Implement and maintain Quality Management processes, ensuring all applicable requirements are met.

• Support company’s consistent and profitable growth through continuous Quality improvements.

• Provide professional QA/QC support to operational business units, maintaining Quality Management System and organizational Quality Policy.

• Execute daily QC activities in the workshop and offer technical assistance onsite.

• Manage sending equipment for calibration and maintain the equipment register.

• Coordinate in-house calibration activities in the workshop.

• Control workshop inspection activities with Quality and production engineers.

• Review Quality documents, procedures, GA drawings, and final documentation daily.

• Issue Certificate of Conformance/Compliance for all jobs.

• Ensure compliance with Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

• Support inspection team in repair/rework recommendations for various rotating equipment.

• Report non-conformance to higher authorities and assist QHSE Manager in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.

• Support all NDE processes such as RT, UT, MPT, PT, PMI as applicable.

• Prepare daily activity reports including Quality Package reports like NDE (MPI, LP, RT), HVOF, Laser cladding, low/high speed balancing, and inspection reports.

Valve Technician

Abu Dhabi, EthosEnergy

• Utilize iFlight/Intranet systems to request material requisitions for missing job items.

• Provide clarifications on scope of works to respective teams and identify required/missing spares, parts, and tooling.

• Work with Production Engineer to raise PR requests if items unavailable in Material Requisition System.

• Issue Route Sheets to team and monitor process flow through the section.

• Ensure Route Sheet sign-off after operation completion.

• Identify and log all faulty equipment in the Maintenance Log System.

• Organize and conduct daily Tool Box Talks.

• Manage team leaves including holiday and sick leave; assist HR Manager as needed.

• Conduct annual skills matrix reviews with Production Engineer/Manager.

• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• Required experience: 10+ years as Technician with strong ability to handle technical data from multiple sources.

• Good knowledge of planning and logistics methodologies.

• Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Product knowledge in API Manufacture and repair, Roteq, Oil & Gas, and general industrial equipment repair.

• Education: Minimum Metriculation/Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years in a similar role.

• مراقبة أنشطة التفتيش في الورشة بالتعاون مع مهندسي الجودة والإنتاج.

• مراجعة الوثائق والإجراءات والرسومات الهندسية والوثائق النهائية يوميًا.

• إصدار شهادة المطابقة لجميع الوظائف.

• ضمان اتباع خطة جودة المشروع وخطة التفتيش والاختبار (ITP).

• دعم فريق التفتيش في توصيات الإصلاح/إعادة العمل لأنواع مختلفة من المعدات الدوارة.

• الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة للسلطات العليا ومساعدة مدير QHSE في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية.

• دعم جميع عمليات الفحص غير التدميري مثل RT، UT، MPT، PT، PMI حسب الحاجة.

• إعداد تقارير الأنشطة اليومية، بما في ذلك حزمة الجودة مثل NDE (MPI، LP، RT)، HVOF، اللحام بالليزر، الموازنة بسرعات منخفضة وعالية، وتقارير التفتيش.

• الخبرة المطلوبة: أكثر من 10 سنوات كفني مع قدرة قوية على التعامل مع البيانات الفنية من مصادر متعددة.

• معرفة جيدة بمنهجيات التخطيط واللوجستيات.

• مهارات اتصال جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

• مهارات الحاسوب (Word، Excel، Outlook).

• معرفة بالمنتجات مثل API للتصنيع والإصلاح، Roteq، النفط والغاز، وإصلاح المعدات الصناعية العامة.
