🔹Open Positions 

Gym Technician

• Maintain and repair gym equipment including treadmills, bikes, and weight systems.
• Conduct routine safety checks and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Respond to breakdowns in fitness facilities promptly.
• Must be familiar with international gym brands and diagnostics.
• 2+ years experience in gyms or fitness centers is required.

LV (Low Voltage) Technician

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems.
• Handle wiring, switches, lighting circuits, and related panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and technical standards.
• Good knowledge of single-phase systems is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance.

Generator Technician

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of diesel generators.
• Monitor load tests and ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages.
• Diagnose faults and replace damaged components.
• Experience with control panels and ATS systems is preferred.
• 3+ years experience in generator servicing is required.

Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Technician

• Install and maintain sprinkler systems, pumps, fire extinguishers, and alarm panels.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Defense and NFPA standards.
• Perform routine inspections and emergency response checks.
• Knowledge of addressable and conventional systems is a must.
• Previous GCC experience in facility or building projects is preferred.

ELV Technician

• Install and support Extra Low Voltage systems like access control, PA systems, and intercom.
• Troubleshoot communication and weak current networks.
• Assist in low voltage project execution.
• Ability to read schematics and follow technical layouts required.
• 2+ years in a similar technical role.

CCTV Technician

• Install and configure surveillance cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Conduct maintenance, angle adjustments, and cable routing.
• Ensure continuous system uptime and image clarity.
• Must be skilled in IP and analog systems.
• Experience in facility or commercial setups preferred.

HV (High Voltage) Technician

• Handle high voltage cable terminations, transformers, and switchgear operations.
• Conduct maintenance of high-voltage panels and substations.
• Follow strict safety protocols during live work.
• Knowledge of DEWA/ADDC standards is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience required in HV work. ↚

HVAC Technician

• Install and maintain split units, chillers, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose refrigerant issues, thermostat faults, and airflow problems.
• Execute PPM schedules and resolve breakdowns quickly.
• Work experience in commercial or residential towers is required.
• Must have formal HVAC technical training.

Electrical Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Work on lighting, control panels, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Support in installations and load balancing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety compliance.
• At least 2–3 years experience in facilities management required.

فني صالة ألعاب رياضية

• صيانة وإصلاح معدات الصالة الرياضية بما في ذلك أجهزة المشي والدراجات وأنظمة الأوزان.
• إجراء فحوصات السلامة الروتينية والتأكد من الأداء الأمثل للمعدات.
• الاستجابة للأعطال في مرافق اللياقة البدنية على الفور.
• يجب أن يكون على دراية بالعلامات التجارية العالمية للصالات الرياضية والتشخيصات.
• يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الصالات الرياضية أو مراكز اللياقة البدنية.

فني الجهد المنخفض

• تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء الأنظمة الكهربائية ذات الجهد المنخفض وإصلاحها.
• التعامل مع الأسلاك والمفاتيح ودوائر الإضاءة والألواح ذات الصلة.
• ضمان الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والمعايير الفنية.
• المعرفة الجيدة بالأنظمة أحادية الطور أمر ضروري.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة المباني.

فني مولدات

• تنفيذ تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح مولدات الديزل.
• مراقبة اختبارات التحميل والتأكد من استمرار إمداد الطاقة أثناء الانقطاعات.
• تشخيص الأخطاء واستبدال المكونات التالفة.
• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في لوحات التحكم وأنظمة ATS.
• يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة المولدات.

فني مكافحة الحرائق وإنذار الحرائق

• تركيب وصيانة أنظمة الرش والمضخات وأجهزة إطفاء الحرائق ولوحات الإنذار.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الدفاع المدني والجمعية الوطنية للوقاية من الحرائق.
• إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية وفحوصات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
• المعرفة بالأنظمة القابلة للعنونة والتقليدية أمر ضروري.
• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مشاريع المرافق أو المباني في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

فني ELV

• تثبيت ودعم أنظمة الجهد المنخفض للغاية مثل التحكم في الوصول وأنظمة PA وأنظمة الاتصال الداخلي.
• استكشاف أخطاء الاتصالات والشبكات الحالية الضعيفة وإصلاحها.
• المساعدة في تنفيذ مشاريع الجهد المنخفض.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات واتباع المخططات الفنية مطلوبة.
• أكثر من سنتين في دور تقني مماثل.

فني كاميرات مراقبة

• تركيب وتكوين كاميرات المراقبة وأنظمة DVR/NVR.
• إجراء الصيانة وتعديلات الزاوية وتوجيه الكابلات.
• ضمان استمرارية تشغيل النظام ووضوح الصورة.
• يجب أن يكون ماهرًا في أنظمة IP والتناظرية.
• يفضل الخبرة في المنشآت أو المنشآت التجارية.

فني الجهد العالي

• التعامل مع إنهاءات الكابلات ذات الجهد العالي والمحولات وعمليات معدات التبديل.
• إجراء صيانة لوحات الجهد العالي ومحطات التوزيع.
• اتبع بروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة أثناء العمل المباشر.
• تعتبر المعرفة بمعايير هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي/شركة أبوظبي للتوزيع ميزة إضافية.
• يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال العمل في مجال الجهد العالي. ↚

فني تكييف وتدفئة

• تركيب وصيانة وحدات التقسيم، والمبردات، ووحدات التكييف المركزية، وأنظمة التهوية.
• تشخيص مشاكل التبريد، وأعطال منظم الحرارة، ومشاكل تدفق الهواء.
• تنفيذ جداول PPM وحل الأعطال بسرعة.
• يشترط الخبرة في العمل في الأبراج التجارية أو السكنية.
• يجب أن يكون لديه تدريب رسمي في مجال التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.

فني كهرباء

• تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة الكهربائية.
• العمل على الإضاءة ولوحات التحكم واستكشاف أخطاء الدوائر وإصلاحها.
• الدعم في التثبيتات وموازنة التحميل.
• معرفة قوية بالرموز الكهربائية والامتثال للسلامة.
• يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة المرافق.
