We are currently seeking a Junior Draftsperson with the following qualifications:

1. Knowledge in Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawing.

2. Proficient in 3D SketchUp for preparing 3D design proposals according to client requirements.

3. Skilled in Lumion Rendering to produce high-quality 3D renders.

4. Experience in Quantity Surveying from 2D drawings using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Plaswift.

5. Photoshop skills are a plus – used to prepare moodboards for client presentations in PowerPoint.

6. Proficient in Estimation for landscaping and pool works; able to prepare BOQs and cost proposals.
