Job Description:

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor work progress and update schedules regularly.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
Identify delays and help develop catch-up plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Assist in planning resources and materials for the project.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إعداد جداول المشروع باستخدام Primavera P6 أو MS Project.
مراقبة تقدم العمل وتحديث الجداول بانتظام.
التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع، ومديري المشروع، والمقاولين الفرعيين.
تحديد التأخيرات والمساعدة في وضع خطط تعويضية.

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (For High Rise Building Contracting Company)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in the UAE with a Building Contracting Company.
Must have strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction processes, and contract law.
Should be able to handle quantity take-offs, interim payments, subcontractor/supplier payments, and variations efficiently.
Must ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Should be capable of managing both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
Work location will be at the site office or main office depending on the project phase.
Candidates must possess a valid UAE Driver’s License.
