We are hiring for the following positions:

MEP Project Manager:

• Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects from start to finish.
• Manages project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Leads the MEP team and coordinates with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolves project issues and reports progress to senior management.

MEP Construction Manager:

• Supervises the construction phase of MEP systems on-site.
• Coordinates between subcontractors and ensures work follows technical specifications.
• Monitors project timelines and quality control processes.
• Maintains safety standards and resolves site challenges promptly.
• Reports daily progress and liaises with project engineers and managers.

HVAC Project Engineer & Site Engineer:

• Plans and manages HVAC system installations on construction sites.
• Conducts site inspections to ensure proper implementation of HVAC designs.
• Collaborates with contractors to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Monitors project progress and compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepares technical reports and documentation for project records.

Plumbing Project Engineer & Site Engineer:

• Coordinates plumbing system designs and installation activities.

• Supervises installation of security, communication, and control systems.

• Coordinates with teams to resolve installation challenges promptly.
• Documents progress and ensures compliance with relevant standards.

• يشرف على التخطيط والتنسيق وتنفيذ مشاريع الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية من البداية إلى النهاية.
• إدارة جداول المشروع والميزانيات والموارد لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
• يقود فريق MEP وينسق مع المقاولين والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
• ضمان الالتزام بقواعد السلامة ومعايير الجودة.
• حل مشكلات المشروع وإبلاغ التقدم إلى الإدارة العليا.

مدير بناء MEP:

• يشرف على مرحلة بناء أنظمة MEP في الموقع.

مهندس مشروع السباكة ومهندس الموقع:

• تنسيق تصميمات أنظمة السباكة وأنشطة التثبيت.
• يشرف على أعمال السباكة في الموقع لضمان الدقة والجودة.
• تحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية أثناء البناء.  ↚  
• ضمان أن جميع أعمال السباكة تتوافق مع اللوائح وأكواد السلامة.

مهندس مشروع كهربائي ومهندس موقع:

• إدارة مشاريع النظام الكهربائي من التصميم حتى التثبيت.
