Accountant - Receivable ( Construction Background )

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Process and record payments received, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on aging receivables.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

Must have a Valid Driving License 08

مطابقة حسابات العملاء وحل التناقضات.

معالجة وتسجيل المدفوعات المستلمة، وضمان صيانة دفتر الأستاذ الدقيق.

الحفاظ على السجلات المالية الدقيقة وإعداد التقارير عن مستحقات الشيخوخة.

التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لحل مشكلات الفواتير أو الدفع.
