MEP Team Leader:

• Leads the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team in project execution.
• Supervises technical work according to plans and specifications.
• Monitors progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinates between different teams and resolves technical issues.
• Communicates with management and clients to fulfill project requirements.

Multi Technician:

• Performs maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnoses faults and carries out repairs to ensure system efficiency.
• Installs and services various equipment regularly.
• Handles different technical tools and machinery.
• Works within a team and reports on system conditions.

HVAC Technician:

• Specializes in installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspects malfunctions and performs necessary repairs.
• Ensures system efficiency and operational safety.
• Adjusts settings and improves system performance.
• Follows safety regulations and maintains a clean work environment.

Electrician:

• Installs and maintains electrical systems as per technical drawings.

• Participates in system inspections to ensure continuity.

Mechanical Technician:

Plumber:

• Installs and maintains plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.

Civil Technician:

BMS Operator:

• Operates and manages the Building Management System (BMS).

Male Team Leader – Cleaning:

• Leads the daily cleaning team at assigned locations.

Female Team Leader – Cleaning:

• Supervises the female cleaning team and delegates tasks.

فني تكييف وتدفئة:

• متخصصة في تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
• يقوم بفحص الأعطال وإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة.
• ضمان كفاءة النظام والسلامة التشغيلية.
• ضبط الإعدادات وتحسين أداء النظام.
• يتبع قواعد السلامة ويحافظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة.

كهربائي:

• يقوم بتثبيت وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية وفقًا للرسومات الفنية.
• استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية بأمان ودقة.
• يعمل مع الأسلاك واللوحات الكهربائية والمعدات.
• يلتزم بمعايير السلامة والاحتياطات أثناء العمل.
• المشاركة في عمليات تفتيش النظام لضمان الاستمرارية.

فني ميكانيكي:

• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات والآلات الميكانيكية.
• قراءة الرسومات الفنية وتطبيقها في الموقع.
• يستخدم أدوات التشخيص والقياس بكفاءة.  ↚  
• يساعد في تثبيت الأنظمة الميكانيكية المختلفة.
• ضمان سلامة المعدات واستمرارية التشغيل.

سباك:

• يقوم بتثبيت وصيانة أنظمة السباكة وإمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي.
• يكتشف ويصلح التسربات والأعطال في الأنابيب والصمامات.
• يقوم بتثبيت تركيبات المياه مثل الصنابير والمراحيض.
• ضمان سلامة النظام وتطبيق معايير الجودة.
• يعمل مع الفريق لإكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد.

فني مدني:

• يدعم مهام الهندسة المدنية مثل المسح والإشراف على البناء.
• يقوم بقراءة الرسومات الفنية ويقوم بالعمل الميداني وفقًا لذلك.
• قياس أبعاد الموقع وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
• يقوم بمراقبة تقدم العمل ويتأكد من اتباع المعايير الهندسية.
• يتعاون مع المهندسين لضمان جودة التنفيذ.

مشغل BMS:

• تشغيل وإدارة نظام إدارة المباني (BMS).
• مراقبة الأنظمة بما في ذلك أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والإضاءة وأدوات التحكم في السلامة.
• يكتشف الأخطاء ويحلها على الفور.
• يعمل على تحسين كفاءة الطاقة.
• يقوم بإعداد التقارير التشغيلية وإبلاغ الإدارة بالملاحظات.

قائد فريق التنظيف:

• يقود فريق التنظيف اليومي في المواقع المخصصة.

• يشرف على فريق التنظيف النسائي ويوزع المهام.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير النظافة في جميع المناطق.
• يقوم بمراقبة وتوفير الإمدادات اللازمة للفريق.
• يحافظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
