Job Type: Full-time
Location: United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with potential and existing clients

• Promote ISO certification services and training programs through telemarketing

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, registrations, and conversions

• Provide administrative support and regularly update the client database

• Manage daily reception area operations and maintain effective communication with clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Previous experience in a training institute or ISO certification company is highly preferred

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be polite, well-presented, and customer-focused

• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic front office environment

• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE

المهام الوظيفية:

• استقبال المكالمات الهاتفية والرد على الاستفسارات ومتابعة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين

• الترويج لخدمات ودورات الأيزو التدريبية عبر التسويق الهاتفي

• تسجيل البيانات بدقة، بما يشمل الاستفسارات والتسجيلات والتحويلات

• تقديم الدعم الإداري وتحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء بشكل منتظم

• إدارة استقبال العملاء وضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة وتواصل فعّال

الشروط:

• الوظيفة للنساء فقط

• خبرة سابقة في مركز تدريب أو شركة شهادات الأيزو تعتبر ميزة كبيرة

• مهارات تواصل مميزة بالإنجليزية ولباقة في التعامل

• أن تكون المتقدمة حسنة المظهر ومهتمة بخدمة العملاء

• القدرة على أداء عدة مهام وإدارة بيئة الاستقبال بنجاح

• الأفضلية للمتقدمات المقيمات داخل الإمارات
