About the Role

What You Will Do:
You will work with the operations team during project execution, including submission of QA/QC documents, reviewing vendor documentation, issuing RFIs, coordinating inspections with clients and vendors, and compiling the final project dossier. You will also provide quality input to the sales team during the pre-bid stage.

How You Will Do It:

1. Project Start-Up & Quality Documentation

• Attend Kick-Off Meetings and Pre-Inspection Meetings with clients and vendors.

• Review project requirements and specifications; provide guidance to operations teams.

• Support the engineering team with quality input during the design stage.

• Prepare quality documents according to the Vendor Document Register (VDR) and submit them for client approval.

• Review vendor QA/QC documents and submit them to the client for approval.

• Qualify WQT, PQR, and WPS per project requirements and submit them to the client.

2. Quality Inspections

• Raise RFIs as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

• Ensure that all required inspections and tests are performed and properly documented.

• Perform quality inspections at TYCO Workshop and vendor locations according to the approved ITP and QA/QC documents.

• Coordinate inspection activities with clients and third-party inspectors.

• Manage quality coordination between contractors and vendors.

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and final products.

• Identify nonconformities in materials, procedures, and installations, and document them in NCRs (Nonconformity Reports).

• Ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and maintain updated calibration records.

• Organize and conduct QA/QC training at Tyco workshops, vendor workshops, and on-site as required.

3. Sales Support

• Assist the sales team during bidding/tender stages by reviewing client specifications and ensuring compliance.

• Help prepare necessary quality documents (e.g., PQP, ITP) and fill in client quality questionnaires.

• Support in developing Project Quality Plans that comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10005:2018, and other relevant standards, as well as client-specific requirements.

4. Final Documentation

• Prepare the final dossier index in line with project requirements and get it approved by the client.

• Collect and compile all inspection and test reports, approved data sheets, QA/QC documents, and drawings.

مهام العمل الرئيسية / What You Will Do:

   • إعداد وثائق الجودة طبقًا لسجل مستندات الموردين (VDR) وتقديمها للموافقة.

   • مراجعة وثائق ضمان الجودة من الموردين وتقديمها للعميل.

   • تأهيل WQT وPQR وWPS حسب متطلبات المشروع وتقديمها للعميل.

2. عمليات التفتيش وضمان الجودة / Quality Inspections:

   • إصدار RFIs طبقًا لخطة التفتيش والاختبار (ITP).

   • التأكد من تنفيذ كل الفحوص والاختبارات المطلوبة، وحفظ سجلات دقيقة.

   • إجراء التفتيش في ورش TYCO والموردين، والتنسيق مع العميل/طرف ثالث حسب خطة ITP.

   • تنسيق أنشطة الجودة بين المقاولين والموردين.

   • إجراء فحوص المواد الواردة والمنتجات الجارية والنهائية.

   • تحديد المخالفات في المواد أو العمليات أو التثبيت وإعداد تقارير Nonconformity.

   • التأكد من معايرة كل المعدات والأدوات وتحديث جداول المعايرة.

   • تنظيم وتنفيذ تدريبات QA/QC عند الحاجة في ورش TYCO أو الموردين أو الموقع.

3. دعم المبيعات / Sales Support:

   • مساندة فريق المبيعات خلال مرحلة تقديم المناقصة من خلال مراجعة متطلبات الجودة للعميل وضمان الالتزام بها.

   • إعداد وتنفيذ خطط جودة المشاريع وفقًا لمعايير ISO 9001:2015 و10005:2018 ومتطلبات العميل.

4. إعداد الوثائق النهائية / Final Documentation:

   • إعداد فهرس Final Dossier وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع والحصول على موافقة العميل.

   • جمع وتجميع كل تقارير التفتيش والاختبارات، بيانات التشغيل، وثائق QA/QC والرسومات.
