• تنسيق جداول الموظفين لضمان تقديم خدمات الصيانة المطلوبة لدعم عمليات تشغيل الطائرات.

• ضمان الصيانة الآمنة والفعّالة لطائرات الشركة ضمن النطاق الجغرافي الخاص به، وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية للشركة.

• إدارة وتنسيق والإشراف على مقدمي خدمات الصيانة المعتمدين في منطقته حسب الحاجة.

• التأكد من تدريب الموظفين الواقعين تحت إشرافه وتأهيلهم حسب سياسات وإجراءات دليل صيانة الشركة (GMM).

• توزيع ومتابعة وتوثيق التدريب أثناء العمل لضمان وجود قوة عاملة ماهرة ومؤهلة.

• متابعة جداول الرحلات وحالة الأسطول لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد ووقت التوقف الأرضي ومسارات الطائرات.
