1. Welder – 3G MIG Welding / Gouging

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Welders proficient in 3G MIG welding and gouging techniques to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in welding structural steel and have a strong understanding of safety standards and welding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and gouging as per industry standards.

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings.

• Ensure all welds meet strength and quality requirements.

• Conduct inspections of welds to ensure they meet specified tolerances and visual standards.

• Follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents.

• Maintain welding tools and equipment.

Requirements:

نبحث عن فنيي لحام ذوي خبرة وكفاءة في لحام MIG 3G وتقنيات الحفر للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي ماهرًا في لحام الفولاذ الهيكلي، ولديه فهم عميق لمعايير السلامة وإجراءات اللحام.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• أداء عمليات اللحام MIG والحفر وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة.

• قراءة وتفسير مخططات اللحام والرسومات الفنية.

• تأكد من أن جميع اللحامات تلبي متطلبات القوة والجودة.

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش على اللحامات للتأكد من أنها تلبي التسامحات المحددة والمعايير البصرية.

نبحث عن مُصنِّعين ماهرين يجيدون قراءة وتفسير رسومات ومواصفات الهياكل الفولاذية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تصنيع مكونات فولاذية لمشاريع بناء مُختلفة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تصنيع وتجميع الهياكل الفولاذية بناءً على الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.

• ضمان دقة قياس وقطع المواد.

• استخدم الأدوات اليدوية وآلات اللحام ومعدات القطع لإنشاء الهياكل الفولاذية.

• فحص القطع المصنعة للتأكد من الجودة.

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب لمشاريع التصنيع.

نبحث عن مشغل ماكينات بلازما ماهر يتمتع بخبرة في معالجة الصفائح وآلات القطع بالبلازما. يشترط في المرشح المثالي أن يتمتع بخبرة عملية في مختلف عمليات معالجة الصفائح.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تشغيل آلات القطع بالبلازما لمعالجة اللوحات.

• تأكد من إعداد الآلات بشكل صحيح وتشغيلها بكفاءة.

• مراقبة عملية القطع لضمان الدقة والجودة.

• إجراء الصيانة الروتينية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في المشكلات البسيطة التي تطرأ على الآلات.
