- Receiving the invoice and packing list for inbound shipments and check that the items tally.

- متابعة كافة متطلبات العملاء والمنتجات المقدمة.
- ضمان مستويات الخدمة وكفاءة العمليات.
- إنشاء العمليات والإجراءات المناسبة حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على المشاريع وإدارتها والتأكد من تلبية جميع متطلبات العمليات وفقًا للاتفاقيات مع العميل وDSV.
- قياس ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للقسم وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- العمل على ضمان وجود علاقة قوية مع العميل لضمان الثقة في قدراتنا كمقدم خدمة مخصص لهم والحفاظ على علاقة قوية مع العملاء من خلال التحديثات في الوقت المناسب للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع فريق مراقبة المخزون بشأن مسائل التناقضات في النظام والتشغيل وتجديد المخزون.
- الاجتماع بشكل دوري مع العملاء للتأكد من مستوى رضاهم.
- ضمان إرسال التقارير والمستندات إلى العملاء على فترات منتظمة.
- تطوير العمل الجماعي، وإظهار الأهداف والقيم المشتركة.
- توفير التوجيه والدعم القيادي لجميع الموظفين في المنطقة. تمكين الفريق من ضمان توظيف الموظفين وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم؛ ووضع خطط الخلافة المناسبة.
- أداء أي واجبات/مشاريع أخرى ذات صلة يتم تكليفها من قبل المشرف المباشر من وقت لآخر لتلبية متطلبات العمل.
المؤهلات والخصائص
- التعليم: بكالوريوس/ماجستير
- الخبرة العملية: من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب إداري
- الخبرة المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية
