Position: HSE Officer
Job Purpose:
As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards and measures at our site/project location, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
HSE Officer Activities:
- Ensure procedures and rules are applied in accordance with the latest HSE standards.
- Represent the company positively at contractors' worksites when required.
- Develop effective and constructive relationships with contractor representatives.
- Build a constructive relationship with the operations team.
- Provide reports to the Site Safety Adviser, if required.
- Review and comment on procedures produced by contractors related to HSE.
- Review and comment on Permits to Work before being signed by the Decommissioning Site Representative.
- Participate in, review, and comment on contractor risk assessments.
- Implement project control procedures with respect to HSE.
- Liaise with contractors regarding risk assessments, identification, and mitigation of HAZIDs and HAZOPs, as well as health and safety.
- Attend all safety meetings on site.
- Encourage all personnel to recognize that safety and the environment are everyone's responsibility and to aim for zero safety and environmental incidents.
- Provide regular updates to the Decommissioning Site Representative regarding the progress of the work.
- Highlight potential problems/risks to the Decommissioning Site Representative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE.
- NEBOSH/IGC or IOSH is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Should be locally available in the UAE. Any nationality.

أنشطة ضابط HSE:
- التأكد من تطبيق الإجراءات والقوانين وفقًا لأحدث معايير HSE.
- تمثيل الشركة بشكل إيجابي في مواقع عمل المقاولين عند الحاجة.
- تطوير علاقات فعالة وبناءة مع ممثلي المقاولين.
- بناء علاقة بناءة مع فريق العمليات.
- تقديم تقارير إلى مستشار السلامة في الموقع، إذا لزم الأمر.
- مراجعة والتعليق على الإجراءات التي ينتجها المقاولون المتعلقة بالسلامة والبيئة.
- مراجعة والتعليق على تصاريح العمل قبل توقيعها من قبل ممثل الموقع.
- المشاركة في مراجعة وتقييم مخاطر المقاولين.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة المشروع فيما يتعلق بالسلامة والبيئة.
- التواصل مع المقاولين بشأن تقييم المخاطر وتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.
- حضور جميع اجتماعات السلامة في الموقع.
- تشجيع جميع العاملين على الاعتراف بأن السلامة والبيئة مسؤولية الجميع وتهدف إلى تحقيق صفر حوادث في السلامة والبيئة.
- تقديم التحديثات المنتظمة إلى ممثل الموقع بشأن تقدم العمل.
- تسليط الضوء على المشكلات المحتملة/المخاطر لممثل الموقع.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في صناعة البناء في الإمارات.
- شهادة NEBOSH/IGC أو IOSH ضرورية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات الكمبيوتر الممتازة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا محليًا في الإمارات. أي جنسية.
- يمكن للمتقدمين الذين يمكنهم الانضمام فورًا التقديم.
