 Document Control Specialist

Minimum Professional Experience Required

Degree in accounting (Bachelors/Masters) AND

Certification in document control /data visualization tools

Advanced skills in MS Office applications

Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

5+ years of experience in document control/Database management/Accounting

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, other tools) and document management systems.

Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

Bilingual capabilities preferred (English & Arabic)

Lead Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Engineer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting Company’s engineering quality levels for discipline on assigned projects.

Oversee the development of mechanical equipment selection and design concepts and ensure proper application and execution.

Assists Contractor’s teams to produce engineering/construction documents that meet the project requirements within the allocated schedule and budget.

Verifies Contractor’s work quality regarding specifications, reports, code application, submittal review, equipment selection, deliverables, and drawings.

Check Material Requisitions are reflective of project requirements and specifications

Carry out technical bid evaluations to ensure vendor compliance with material requisitions

Reconciles any conflicting design requirements by providing solutions for alignment

Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting assistance in resolving mechanical and rotating equipment design, operation and maintenance problems; contact internal and external experts as required

Responds to Contractor technical queries and concession requests

Provides technical responses to Contractor’s variation requests

Ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering all phases of the project and update company specifications by incorporating lessons learned

Analyst, Finance

Minimum Educational And Professional Experience Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related discipline. (preferably in Economics)

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Minimum of 4-6 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year within an Investment Banking Sector or a Big Four professional services firm and ideally some time spent working within the energy industry.

التحقق من جودة عمل المقاول فيما يتعلق بالمواصفات والتقارير وتطبيق الكود ومراجعة الإرسال واختيار المعدات والمنتجات النهائية والرسومات.

التحقق من أن طلبات المواد تعكس متطلبات المشروع ومواصفاته

إجراء تقييمات العطاءات الفنية لضمان امتثال البائعين لمتطلبات المواد

التوفيق بين أي متطلبات تصميم متضاربة من خلال توفير حلول للمحاذاة

تقديم المساعدة الفنية/مساعدة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في حل مشاكل تصميم المعدات الميكانيكية والدوارة وتشغيلها وصيانتها؛ الاتصال بالخبراء الداخليين والخارجيين حسب الحاجة

الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية للمقاول وطلبات الامتياز

توفير الاستجابات الفنية لطلبات التغيير الخاصة بالمقاول

ضمان التوحيد والتوافق في المعايير على المستويات المثلى في التصميم والهندسة في جميع مراحل المشروع وتحديث مواصفات الشركة من خلال دمج الدروس المستفادة

درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الاقتصاد أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة. (يفضل أن يكون في الاقتصاد)

محلل مالي معتمد (CFA) أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA)
