A team of dedicated Engineers have successfully designed, installed and commissioned Compressed Air Stations, Nitrogen Gas Generators, Dust Collections Systems, Work Shop Machine Tools and much more in the region. AES today represents many of the largest names in the compressed air industry such as Cameron Compression and Gardner Denver. In addition we have machine manufacturers who are well known and regular suppliers to all the Aluminum Smelters – Dubal, Emal, Alba, Sohar, Qatalum and Maiden. AES are also actively involved with many customers in general production and the manufacturing industry. We stock and offer a wide scope products including: Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel, GI etc. from world leading manufacturers Columbus, Outokompo, Aperam, Viraj, Hindalco etc. We do represent them as stockist in the region. AES have in only a few months of trading established regular supply agreements with some of the largest companies including: Qatar Petroleum, Qatalum, Rasgas, Dubal, Emal and Alba – The list of such valued customers keep growing on daily basis.Sales

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth in new and existing markets and will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase business opportunities.
- Provide mentorship to employees, helping them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
- Experience in rotating equipment, particularly screw compressors and air treatment systems.
- Additional Requirement: A valid UAE driving license is a MUST.

- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي.
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية هي شرط أساسي.
- خبرة في المعدات الدوارة، وخاصة الضواغط اللولبية ومعالجة الهواء.
