We are looking for a Head of IT to oversee and enhance our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring they align with the business strategy and goals. The Head of IT is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that the organization’s IT systems, projects, and infrastructure run smoothly and effectively. This role is focused on aligning IT strategies with business objectives, optimizing IT operations, and driving technological advancements to support the company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for managing IT projects, overseeing infrastructure management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement IT strategies that support and align with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
Plan and prioritize IT infrastructure development, upgrades, and project initiatives to ensure ongoing innovation and efficiency.
Create and maintain a roadmap for IT infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and improvements, ensuring future growth and scalability.

2. Project Management:

Oversee the management and successful delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business strategy.
Monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies when necessary to avoid delays or scope creep.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in project management as governed by PMO-based frameworks, processes, templates, and tools.
Oversee the testing, user acceptance, and documentation for IT project implementations.

3. Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems across the company.
Monitor emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations to improve the resilience and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure.

4. Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and service level standards.
Oversee the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company requirements.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify potential risks in IT operations and projects, establishing and implementing measures to mitigate these risks effectively.
Ensure the company’s IT operations comply with relevant regulations, data security standards, and internal policies.
Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal downtime and protection of business-critical data and systems.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in IT project management, infrastructure management, and vendor relations.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including PMO frameworks.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتحديد نطاق المشاريع وأهدافها ونتائجها.
متابعة تقدم المشروع، والمخاطر، والمشكلات، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف عند الحاجة.
ضمان تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لإدارة المشاريع وفقًا لإطار العمل المعتمد من مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO)، بما في ذلك تعريف العمليات والقوالب والأدوات.
الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات من حيث الاختبار، وقبول المستخدم، وتوثيق المشاريع.
