About the Position:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support our Nationalization Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for Emirati employees, ensuring smooth operations and effective learning experiences.
Technical Specialist
Key Accountabilities:
Define technical specifications for all MRO assets.
Evaluate technical offers from suppliers for procurement of new equipment.
Investigate technical incidents and accidents and propose remediation measures.
Monitors work processes and reports key metrics as requisite.
Evaluates Technical Services Centers/Units to identify requirements for business process change or optimization.
Defines and applies appropriate operating procedures or technology to achieve improved quality of processes, efficiency enhancement, and standards of service.
Works with internal and external partners (e.g., suppliers, technology vendors, administration, procurement functions, etc.) to harmonize quality and efficiency aspects across all technical services centers and units through the operational benchmarks and toolkits.
Provides technical support and assistance in the planning, development, and implementation of new venture/workshop’s guidance documents, operating procedures, and acts as a technical advisor.
Recommends use of new technologies, cost saving techniques/materials and improved quality and safety procedures.
Ensures proper implementation of external auditors’ recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations; ensures complete and accurate record keeping of process audits; and reviews them.
Evaluate workshop equipment requisition and prepare evaluation reports and contact with suppliers regarding any specification or data sheets of equipment.
Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
Adhere to Health, safety, and Environmental procedures, policies, specifications, and standards.
Spare Parts Sourcing - Manager
About the Position:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Spare Parts Sourcing Manager’s to join the Emirates Transport - Procurement team. The ideal candidate will use their passion for sourcing and procurement of spare parts for the whole fleet of Emirates Transport and their external customers. The main objective of the role is to ensure the availability of high-quality spare parts at competitive prices, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive spare parts sourcing strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key vendors.
Lead a small team of procurement professionals to effectively manage the sourcing process, including supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as fleet management, MRO and operations teams, to understand their spare parts requirements and provide timely support.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing processes.
Implement and maintain effective procurement systems and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
