About the Position:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Emirates Transport - School Transportation team. The role involves overseeing transportation operations for School Transport, ensuring they run smoothly and meet targets for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Transport and Lease Operations Managers and relevant stakeholders to devise action plans for schools, government, and corporate services, ensuring alignment for target achievement during execution.
- Participate in formulating and updating the BU's operational plan, strategic objectives, key performance indicators, and cascaded targets.
- Communicate action plans and strategic objectives to the team, delegate tasks, and oversee their performance throughout the year to meet the BU's tactical targets.
- Prepare the annual budget and labor force plan for the assigned area to secure the financial and human resources required for action plan execution.
- Employ smart, innovative methods to manage school, government, and corporate transportation operations, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational activities in the designated area, ensuring delivery of high-quality services while adhering to safety standards and contractual agreements with clients.
