The job holder is also in charge of making outbound calls according to provided scripts to support different operations in the company.
Handles several types of enquiries coming via different channels, including telephone, email, website, SMS, social media and voice mail, to ensure customers are served efficiently and consistently and that prospects’ details are logged for future communication and ROI tracking
Performs general inbound calls answering, helping customers in their enquiries – about product availability, product pricing, after-sales support, etc.
Registers complaints and suggestions shared by customers while contacting the center and provides resolution when possible
