Academic Career Opportunity in the UAE: Assistant Professor – Nutrition and Dietetics / Human Nutrition
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Nutrition and DieteticsEvaluate, guide, and monitor student performance with personalized feedback
Teach a variety of specialized subjects within the field of Human Nutrition
Engage in original, high-quality research and publish in reputable academic journals
Contribute to curriculum design and academic planning in line with university standards
Participate in college and university-wide initiatives, committees, and strategic projects
Support institutional and program-level accreditation efforts (local and international)
Mentor and guide students in career development with a global outlook
Requirements
Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics or Human NutritionProven experience in teaching at the university level, with strong subject expertise
Demonstrated research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals
Ability to contribute to academic program development and accreditation processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and student engagement skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to academic excellence

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تطوير وتقديم دورات جامعية و/أو دراسات عليا في التغذية وعلم التغذية.تقييم وتوجيه ومراقبة أداء الطلاب من خلال ردود فعل شخصية.
تدريس مجموعة متنوعة من المواد المتخصصة في مجال التغذية البشرية.
المشاركة في أبحاث أصلية عالية الجودة ونشرها في مجلات أكاديمية مرموقة.
المساهمة في تصميم المناهج والتخطيط الأكاديمي بما يتماشى مع معايير الجامعة.
المشاركة في المبادرات واللجان والمشاريع الاستراتيجية على مستوى الكلية والجامعة.
دعم جهود الاعتماد المؤسسي والبرنامجي (المحلي والدولي).
توجيه الطلاب وتوجيههم في التطوير الوظيفي بنظرة عالمية.
متطلبات
دكتوراه في التغذية وعلم الأنظمة الغذائية أو التغذية البشرية.خبرة مثبتة في التدريس على مستوى الجامعة، مع خبرة قوية في الموضوع.
خلفية بحثية مؤكدة مع المنشورات في المجلات التي تمت مراجعتها من قبل الأقران.
القدرة على المساهمة في تطوير البرامج الأكاديمية وعمليات الاعتماد.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم وإشراك الطلاب.
عقلية تعاونية والتزام بالتميز الأكاديمي.
