HR Specialist
Location Abu Dhabi
Required Qualifications
- · A Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Required Experience Expats:
- · A minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
UAE Nationals:
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
· Checking application forms and shortlisting, assist with interview selection process and other administrative tasks as required to facilitating the recruitment of a qualified workforce.
· Support the Recruitment team by assisting in the administrational duties connected with the recruitment including: preparing the job description draft in coordination with Client team, raising requisition, screening CVs, shortlisting, arranging for interviews, collecting candidates documents, and liaising with recruitment team to complete the recruitment process.
· Collect filled interview evaluation forms from the panel members after the interview and submit to HR Recruitment team with department recommendation along with the document copies.

- · درجة البكالوريوس في المجال ذي الصلة.
- الخبرة المطلوبة للوافدين:
- · ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
مواطنو دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة:
· ما لا يقل عن 3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة
· التحقق من نماذج الطلبات والقائمة المختصرة، والمساعدة في عملية اختيار المقابلة والمهام الإدارية الأخرى كما هو مطلوب لتسهيل توظيف القوى العاملة المؤهلة.
· دعم فريق التوظيف من خلال المساعدة في الواجبات الإدارية المرتبطة بالتوظيف بما في ذلك: إعداد مسودة الوصف الوظيفي بالتنسيق مع فريق العميل، ورفع الطلبات، وفحص السير الذاتية، ووضع القائمة المختصرة، والترتيب للمقابلات، وجمع وثائق المرشحين، والاتصال بفريق التوظيف استكمال عملية التوظيف.
· جمع نماذج تقييم المقابلة المملوءة من أعضاء اللجنة بعد المقابلة وتقديمها إلى فريق توظيف الموارد البشرية مع توصية القسم مع نسخ المستندات.
