- We are currently seeking a BIM Lead to join our successful Building Services team and take an active part in driving and delivering the BIM solutions on multiple projects in the built environment.
Director - Research & Innovation
Specific near-term tasks include:
- Orienting Business Leaders in new roles
- Developing a research toolkit accessible to all staff, including modules on “demystifying R&I”
- Developing a training module and toolkit on “demystifying innovation business planning”, including modules such as, “testing my idea with clients and partners”
- Developing an “innovation and research update” template.
- Developing a self-guided intrapreneur model in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Begin establishing networks and systems to efficiently seek external research contributors and collaborators (e.g., capstone projects, graduate and professorial research, students)
- Manage the scientific research and experimental development program, coordinate training, and develop training materials.
- Grow the R&I program by promoting and supporting the development of research themes, increasing awareness, and developing more business-specific case studies.
Principal - Transport Planning & Mobility (Abu Dhabi)
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in transport planning, with a focus on master plans, plot design, and future mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present comprehensive project proposals.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of transport infrastructure projects in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for transport planning and analysis.
Associate - Landscape Architect
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects in the Middle East region.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in managing project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building standards, and environmental regulations relevant to landscape architecture projects in the Middle East.
- Fluency in English is required.
