What you’ll do?
- Brand Development and Positioning – Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
- User Acquisition and Growth – Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns (including digital marketing), partnerships, and innovative marketing initiatives, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth.
- Market Research and Analysis – Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Assistant Manager - People Services
Operational Responsibilities:
- Manage and act as the single point of contact for the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and processes are completed for new hires and exiting employees, including visa processing, employee records, and system updates.
- Oversee new visa applications/renewals, coordinating with the Government Relations department to ensure timely processing, including medical tests, Emirates ID issuance, and visa stamping.
- Manage the visa renewal process for employees, ensuring timely submission of documents to avoid delays or legal complications.
- Ensure that all People Services activities (onboarding, offboarding, visa renewals, and other services) meet or exceed Service Level Agreement standards.
Senior Sales Manager
What you’ll do?
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private investors.
- Lead high-value real estate transactions, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Expand business opportunities through global networks beyond the UAE.
- Leverage expertise in luxury sales sectors such as fine art, private aviation, superyachts, and high-end collectibles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and close premium property deals.
Who you are?
- An experienced sales professional with a proven track record in high-value real estate or luxury asset sales.
- Well-connected with a strong international client base in key wealth hubs.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, French, or Japanese being an advantage.
- A strategic negotiator with an understanding of discretion and bespoke client service.
- Passionate about delivering high-end investment solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.
Health Safety Environment Engineer

What you’ll do?
- Ensure both Mall Safety & Out Stations safety teams are working in alignment with business unit needs.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defense regulations regarding Environment, Health, and Safety across Al Ghurair properties.
- Establish emergency plans to manage potential catastrophes such as fires, explosions, hazardous material spills, and utility failures within Al Ghurair Properties' operations.

- التأكد من تطبيق لوائح بلدية دبي والدفاع المدني في جميع ممتلكات الغرير.
