Human Resources Director
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure strategic alignment of HR initiatives across all departments.
- Culture Development and Employee Satisfaction: Define, embed, and uphold the culture of MHG. Monitor and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Strategic HR Advisory: Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and department heads. Support decision-making processes with HR insights and analytics.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Maintain, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Procurement and Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key suppliers to ensure consistent availability of essential resources. Negotiate long-term agreements for stable pricing, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Pricing and Cost Control: Negotiate pricing agreements to implement cost-control measures and enhance cost efficiency. Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs through improved vendor terms, alternative sourcing, and volume leverage. Implement structured cost analysis methodologies to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Quantity Surveyor and Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Cost Estimation: Extract and prepare BOQs from project drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy in material and labor cost estimation. Identify and analyze scope gaps, missing quantities, and additional works. Update BOQs based on site progress and variations.
- Client and Team Liaison: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to agree on monthly measurements, final measurements, and variation costings. Participate in project meetings to provide cost insights and recommendations.
