Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided, to assist them by answering questions regarding visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service.
Responding to incoming emails and phone queries.
Meeting clients physically and/or virtually
Achieve monthly sales target.
Keeping up to date with alterations to immigration laws.
Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
