About the Job
The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support engineering and construction activities within the oil and gas industry.
The successful candidate will review civil engineering designs, supervise construction activities, manage tendering and contractor-coordination processes, assess existing facilities, and support project planning and execution.
The position also involves leading engineering teams, monitoring project performance, maintaining compliance with safety and technical standards, and preparing reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Supervise civil construction activities across oil and gas projects.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved designs and project requirements.
- Prepare tender documents and bidding packages.
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Assess the structural integrity and remaining service life of existing facilities.
- Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Lead civil engineering teams and coordinate technical activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and performance.
- Identify engineering risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
