وصف الوظيفة | Job Description
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة، تحت إشراف عام، توجيه وتطوير واستقطاب موظفي Application Evaluation - AE و Application Design Evaluation - ADE ضمن الهيكل الإقليمي أو المحلي، مع تقديم الدعم الفني والتجاري لإدارة أعمال لقم الحفر وتحقيق أهداف خطة العمل.
Under broad direction, the role mentors, develops, and recruits Application Evaluation and Application Design Evaluation employees within the regional or country structure. The position supports the Regional Manager in managing the drill bit business to achieve business plan objectives and align regional activities with product and business strategies.
المهام والمسؤوليات | Job Duties
- توجيه وتطوير واستقطاب موظفي AE وADE داخل الهيكل الإقليمي أو المحلي.
- Mentor, develop, and recruit AE and ADE employees within the regional or country structure.
- مساعدة المدير الإقليمي في إدارة أعمال لقم الحفر لتحقيق أهداف خطة العمل.
- Assist the Regional Manager in managing the drill bit business to achieve business plan objectives.
- التعاون مع مديري منتجات لقم الحفر والمدير الإقليمي لتنفيذ استراتيجيات Sub-PSL داخل المنطقة.
- Work with Drill Bit Product Managers and the Region Manager to implement sub-PSL strategies.
- ضمان توافق الدول والمناطق مع الاستراتيجيات والخطط الإقليمية.
- Ensure countries and districts are aligned with regional strategies and objectives.
- التعاون مع OMC لتحديد عروض منتجات لقم الحفر داخل المنطقة.
- Work with the OMC to define the drill bit product offering within the region.
- تحقيق التوازن بين احتياجات المخزون ومتطلبات الحفر المحلية.
- Balance inventory needs with local drilling requirements.
- دعم تطوير ونقل وتنفيذ تقنيات لقم الحفر الجديدة داخل المنطقة.
- Assist in the development, transition, and implementation of new drill bit technology into the region.
- إبلاغ مديري المنتجات ومديري التكنولوجيا بتقنيات المنافسين الجديدة.
- Communicate new competitor technology to Drill Bit Product Managers and Technology Managers.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال الإقليمية من خلال التفاعل مع العملاء بالتنسيق مع مديري الدول والمناطق وفرق تطوير الأعمال.
- Support regional business development through client interaction with Country/District Managers and Business Development Teams.
- العمل كخبير فني رئيسي لأي مشكلات تقنية أو مشكلات متعلقة بلقم الحفر داخل المنطقة.
- Serve as the technical expert for technical and drill bit issues within the region.
- التعاون مع فرق التكنولوجيا العالمية ومديري المنتجات لتطوير حلول تلبي احتياجات المنطقة أو الدولة.
- Partner with Global Technology and Product Managers to develop solutions for specific regional or country demands.
المؤهلات والخبرة | Qualifications & Experience
- درجة جامعية في التكنولوجيا أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- Undergraduate degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال لقم الحفر أو صناعة خدمات الطاقة.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the drill bit or energy service industry.
- خبرة فنية قوية في تطبيقات لقم الحفر وتقييم الأداء.
- Strong technical experience in drill bit applications and performance evaluation.
- القدرة على دعم تطوير الأعمال والتفاعل مع العملاء على مستوى إقليمي.
- Ability to support business development and interact with clients at regional level.
- القدرة على توجيه وتطوير فرق فنية داخل بيئة متعددة الدول.
- Ability to mentor and develop technical teams across a regional or country structure.
