Job Title: Coordinator I - PTW
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with compilation of incident reports. Participate in incident investigation reviews and data collection

Assist in the administration of HSE Policy, Manuals, Standards, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices

Compile and provide statistical summaries to management and draw attention to significant trends and occurrences
-
Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards
-
Assist in systems audits and verify accuracy of statistics
-
Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing, photocopying, and distributing documents to appropriate individuals
-
Create company HSE data reports and maintain statistical safety data up to date
-
Assist HSE Manager in safety audits
-
Carry out other related tasks as advised by the supervisor
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate degree

Minimum 2-4 years of experience
Assistant I - HSSE

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

8+ years of Civil and Structural Engineering experience in direct hire construction with an international oil & gas EPC company and with subcontractors
-
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university
-
Experience working in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS/FSU), Middle East, and/or North Africa
-
Good communication skills
-
Familiar with International codes and standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.), concrete/asphalt mix designs, laboratory testing of concrete, asphalt, earthworks, and grouting
-
Working knowledge and interpretation skills of building sectional/reinforcement and structural steel drawings
-
Ability to solve civil, building, and structural issues onsite and provide guidance to subcontractors
-
Trained in lifting and scaffolding supervision (preferred)

تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يوجه بها المشرف
مهندس أول – إنشاءات (مدني)
الوصف الوظيفي:-
خبرة 8 سنوات أو أكثر في الهندسة المدنية والهيكلية في مشاريع إنشاءات مباشرة لدى شركات EPC دولية للنفط والغاز ومع المقاولين الفرعيين
-
درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة
-
خبرة في العمل في دول رابطة الدول المستقلة، الشرق الأوسط، أو شمال أفريقيا
-
مهارات تواصل جيدة
-
الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية (BS, ASTM, ACI) وتصميم خلطات الخرسانة/الأسفلت، واختبارات مختبرية للخرسانة والأسفلت والأعمال الترابية والحشو
-
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والحديدية
-
المعرفة والخبرة في حل المشكلات المدنية والبنائية والهيكلية في الموقع وتقديم التوجيه للمقاولين الفرعيين
-
التدريب على الإشراف على الرفع والسقالات (يفضل)
