Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
- Dispatch and maintain records of all invoices generated along with supporting documentation
- Upload invoices on customer portals
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing
- Proficiency with Oracle invoicing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The position is based in Tristar’s Corporate office in Dubai, focusing on treasury management, banking operations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain list of all banking relationships and related documentation
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Prepare cheques & online bank transfer advices
- Accounting of bank and treasury transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Perform trade finance transactions including applications for LC, Bank Guarantees, and import finance transactions
- Maintain adequate liquidity by balancing cash positions in all accounts
- Execute cash pooling across geographies
- Mitigation of foreign exchange exposure
- Circulate bank confirmation letters to all banks and financial institutions

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- احتفظ بقائمة بجميع العلاقات المصرفية والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- إعداد توقعات التدفقات النقدية قصيرة الأجل وطويلة الأجل
- إعداد الشيكات وإشعارات التحويل المصرفي عبر الإنترنت
- المحاسبة عن المعاملات المصرفية والخزينة
- إجراء عمليات مطابقة الحسابات المصرفية
- تنفيذ معاملات تمويل التجارة بما في ذلك طلبات الاعتمادات المستندية والضمانات المصرفية ومعاملات تمويل الاستيراد
