Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role Purpose:

Support the Sales team in coordinating day-to-day inside sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and management while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Support sales reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
Assist with follow-ups on pending tasks, deliveries, and client requests.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with attention to detail.
Experience in sales coordination or administrative support preferred.

Apprentice – Marketing & Communications

Role Purpose:

Support marketing and communications initiatives across events, campaigns, and digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Events & Campaign Management: Plan and execute internal and external events such as HVAC expos, seminars, training sessions, product launches, and branch openings. Coordinate dealer meetings and trips.
Brand & Digital Presence: Maintain signage, displays, social media channels, and the country website. Conduct digital campaigns and distribute press releases to promote brand visibility.
Assist in budgeting, sourcing gifts, and managing media coverage for campaigns.

Requirements:

Interest or background in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms preferred.

Senior Product & Technical Service Technician – HVAC

Location: UAE

Role Purpose:

Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect air-conditioning units to diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Follow company processes and complete daily tasks efficiently.
Maintain customer communication regarding work progress and site status.
Complete job completion certificates, technical reports, and EH&S site surveys.
Recommend enhancements and improvements to HVAC installations and operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or equivalent in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC, field service, or VRF systems.
Valid driving license is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and safety practices.
Use and management of tools and equipment.
Technical report preparation and documentation.
Teamwork, customer service orientation, and good English communication skills.
Basic understanding of metal sheets, electrical, carpentry, and building automation controls.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة الفعاليات والحملات التسويقية:
- تخطيط وتنفيذ الفعاليات الداخلية والخارجية مثل المعارض، الندوات، الاجتماعات، جلسات التدريب، إطلاق المنتجات، وافتتاح الفروع الجديدة.
- تنسيق اجتماعات الموزعين السنوية والرحلات، بما في ذلك اختيار الجوائز وتقديم العروض.
- إطلاق الحملات الترويجية مع إدارة الميزانية، شراء الهدايا، والتغطية الإعلامية.
الهوية التجارية والحضور الرقمي:
- تحسين ظهور Carrier داخل المتاجر ومواقع المشاريع (مثل اللوحات الإعلانية والعروض).
- تحديث حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالدولة.
- التخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات الرقمية لتعزيز التفاعل مع السوق.
- إعداد وتوزيع البيانات الصحفية لدعم التواصل مع العملاء.

🔹 Senior Product and Technical Service Technician – فني خدمة وصيانة أول

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

دبلوم أو ما يعادله في مجال التكييف والتبريد.
خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صناعة HVAC أو أنظمة VRF.
رخصة قيادة سارية ميزة إضافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تنفيذ المهام اليومية حسب الإجراءات والتعليمات المكتوبة والشفوية.
حضور الموقع، إتمام المهام بجودة عالية، والحفاظ على نظافة الموقع بعد العمل.
إعلام العملاء بطبيعة المهام وتقدم العمل عند الوصول والمغادرة.
تعبئة شهادات إتمام الأعمال وكروت العمل واستطلاعات EH&S الخاصة بالموقع.
فحص وحدات تكييف الهواء للتأكد من كفاءتها وتشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وتقديم التوصيات.

المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة:

فهم مبادئ وممارسات صيانة وإصلاح معدات HVAC وفقًا لممارسات الصناعة وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء تركيب وإصلاح وصيانة الأجهزة.
القدرة على إعداد وتعبئة التقارير الفنية وتقارير التفتيش.
معرفة بأساسيات الأعمال المعدنية والكهربائية والأعمال الخشبية وأنظمة التحكم في المباني.
مهارات تواصل قوية، روح الفريق، وتركيز على خدمة العملاء.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة.
