Job Description

The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across all iSTYLE UAE retail stores. This role ensures that staff are well-equipped to deliver high-quality customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.

  • Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs.

  • Maintain training records and documentation.

  • Support staff in achieving certification and technical competencies.

  • Customize training modules for different store teams and roles.

Requirements
