Role Overview:

Support deck operations and assist in maintenance tasks as required.

Crane Maintainer – Mechanical (Offshore)

Role Overview:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of offshore diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical equipment.

Essential Requirements:

Time-served mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technician.
Minimum 5 years offshore experience.
Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical equipment.

Senior Lifting Equipment Maintainer – Offshore

Role Overview:

Oversee maintenance and operation of offshore lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
8–10 years’ work experience in offshore lifting equipment maintenance; minimum 5 years in the related field.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and drive teamwork.
Proficiency in English and computer tools including SAP and MS Office.
Verified competency (NVQ or equivalent) for maintenance of offshore pedestal cranes, overhead gantry cranes, lifeboats, life raft davits, and winches.

Senior Project Engineer – Cranes & Lifting (Onshore)

Role Overview:

Lead technical and operational aspects of crane and lifting equipment projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance on maintenance, repairs, and modifications of cranes.
Review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and project staff.
Coordinate field operations, logistics, and on-site inspections.
Act as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل البحري.
خبرة في صيانة وإصلاح وتشخيص الأعطال لمحركات الديزل، الأنظمة الهيدروليكية، والمعدات الكهربائية.

السلوكيات والصفات الشخصية:

دوافع ذاتية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
مهارات تواصل جيدة.
التزام بمعايير جودة عالية في العمل.
قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتجاوب مع المواقف الطارئة.

🔹 Senior Lifting Equipment Maintainer - Offshore – كبير فنيي صيانة معدات الرفع (بحري)

المتطلبات:

درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو دبلوم مع خبرة مناسبة.
8-10 سنوات خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة معدات الرفع البحرية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في المجال المطلوب.
مهارات قيادة ممتازة وقدرة على تحفيز الفرق.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتواصل).
معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة مثل SAP.
خبرة مثبتة في صيانة محركات الديزل، الأنظمة الهيدروليكية، والمعدات الكهربائية.
التحقق من الكفاءة بواسطة NVQ أو ما يعادله لمعدات الرفع البحرية (رافعات القاعدة، الرافعات العلوية، زوارق النجاة، دافيتات قوارب النجاة، والونشات).

🔹 Senior Project Engineer - Cranes & Lifting - Onshore – مهندس مشروع أول – رافعات ومعدات رفع (برّي)

المهام:

تقديم الإرشاد الفني للصيانة والإصلاح والتعديلات على الرافعات والمعدات.
تطوير ومراجعة التصاميم الهندسية والحسابات والمواصفات الفنية.
ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الصناعية ومتطلبات العملاء والإطار التنظيمي (مثل API, ISO, LOLER).
الإشراف على الفرق الفنية والتنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين.
متابعة العمليات الميدانية أثناء الصيانة والإصلاح وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.

المتطلبات:

خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في هندسة خطوط الأنابيب مع سجل قوي من المشاريع المنجزة.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، المدنية، أو البترولية (أو ما يعادلها).
إجادة برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل AutoCAD وCAESAR II.
فهم قوي لإدارة سلامة الأنابيب وممارسات الصيانة.
القدرة على تفسير المعايير والرموز مثل ASME, API, وDNV.
مهارات قيادية وحل المشكلات وتواصل ممتازة.

المتطلبات:

دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في إدارة الورش، ويفضّل ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز أو المعدات الثقيلة، مع خبرة واسعة في صيانة الرافعات.
معرفة تقنية متقدمة بمكونات الرافعات البحرية، الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والتجميعات الميكانيكية.
معرفة بالمعايير الدولية مثل API, ISO, DNV لصيانة الرافعات.
خبرة مثبتة في قيادة وإدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات.
معرفة قوية بقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتواصل).
