Role Purpose:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, parents, and staff courteously. Answer and direct incoming calls.
Visitor Assistance: Provide guidance, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
Communication Hub: Relay messages, manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and maintain an organized reception area.

Requirements:

Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
Experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred.

Teaching Assistant

Role Purpose:

Support teachers in the classroom, enhancing student learning and contributing to a positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support: Assist in preparing instructional materials and organizing resources.
Student Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small-group support, helping students with assignments and projects.
Behavior Management: Aid in maintaining a respectful and inclusive classroom environment, implementing positive behavior strategies.

Requirements:

Passion for education and student development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in classroom support is preferred but not mandatory.

Nursery Teacher

Role Purpose:

Deliver early childhood education and care, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Requirements:

University degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with vocational certification in early childhood care (Level III), or High School Diploma with vocational certification (Cache Level 3) and minimum 2 years’ experience in early childhood care or education.
Professional-level proficiency in English.
Current residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of children.
Maintain clear communication with parents and staff regarding student progress.

🔹 Receptionist – موظف استقبال

عن الوظيفة:

موظف الاستقبال هو نقطة الاتصال الأولى للزوار وأولياء الأمور والموظفين، ويساهم في خلق بيئة إيجابية وترحيبية في المدرسة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة مكتب الاستقبال: الترحيب بالزوار وأولياء الأمور والموظفين بطريقة مهذبة ومهنية، والرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتحويلها للموظف المختص.
مساعدة الزوار: تقديم المعلومات والإرشادات للزوار وتوجيههم إلى الأماكن المناسبة داخل المدرسة، إصدار بطاقات الزوار والحفاظ على سجلاتهم.
مركز الاتصال: العمل كنقطة محورية للتواصل، استقبال الرسائل وتحويلها للموظفين المعنيين، وإدارة البريد الوارد والصادر.
جدولة المواعيد: تنظيم مواعيد الاجتماعات للموظفين والحفاظ على ترتيب منطقة الاستقبال.

🔹 Teaching Assistant – مساعد تدريس

عن الوظيفة:

مساعد التدريس يعمل عن كثب مع المعلمين لتقديم الدعم داخل الصف الدراسي، والمساهمة في تحسين تجربة التعليم للطلاب.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

دعم الصف الدراسي: مساعدة المعلمين في إعداد وتنظيم المواد التعليمية والموارد، ودعم الأنشطة الصفية لضمان بيئة تعليمية إيجابية.
مساعدة الطلاب: تقديم الدعم الفردي أو الجماعي للطلاب، تعزيز الدروس، ومساعدة الطلاب في الواجبات والمشاريع والتقييمات.
إدارة السلوك: دعم المعلمين في إدارة سلوك الطلاب وخلق بيئة احترام وشمولية، والمساعدة في تنفيذ استراتيجيات السلوك الإيجابي.

🔹 Nursery Teacher – معلمة حضانة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة جامعية في الطفولة المبكرة / التربية أو أي تخصص آخر، على أن تكون مصحوبة بشهادة مهنية معتمدة في رعاية وتعليم الأطفال الصغار (Level III).
أو شهادة الثانوية العامة مع شهادة مهنية معتمدة في رعاية وتعليم الأطفال الصغار (Cache Level 3) مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في رعاية أو تعليم الأطفال.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني.
يُفضل الإقامة حاليًا في دبي أو وجود خطط للانتقال إليها.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تطوير برامج تعليمية مناسبة للأطفال الصغار، مع التركيز على النمو الشامل والتعلم المبكر.
رعاية الأطفال ومتابعة تقدمهم الأكاديمي والاجتماعي.
التعاون مع أولياء الأمور والمعلمين لضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة وداعمة.
