Landscape Architect

Role Overview:

Responsible for translating landscape designs into detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed construction documentation and technical drawings for landscape projects.
Ensure designs are buildable, functional, and compliant with UAE regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Provide input on material selection, planting schemes, and site layouts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Landscape Architect on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE landscape regulations and standards.
Excellent technical drawing and design software skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineer

Role Overview:

Ensure compliance with HSE standards on engineering and construction projects, mitigating risks and maintaining safe working environments.

Qualifications & Certifications:

University degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH (IGC/Level 6), IOSH (Level 3 or 6), NVQ Level 5, CSP, or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

7–12 years of full-time HSE experience.
Minimum 5 years in construction projects.
Proven experience working on engineering or construction sites.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and UAE regulations.
Risk assessment, audit, and compliance expertise.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Electrical Engineer

Role Overview:

Design and oversee electrical systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
7–12 years of experience in building design projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE Building Codes (DXB, AUH, RAK, Sharjah) and international standards.
Proficiency in REVIT and BIM software.

Experience:

Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Mechanical Inspector

Role Overview:

Conduct inspections and quality assurance for mechanical systems in commercial, retail, and renovation projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years’ overall experience in mechanical inspection or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with local UAE regulations and standards preferred.
Experience with large-scale commercial projects is an advantage.

🔹 Landscape Architect – مهندس تصميم المناظر الطبيعية

عن الشركة:

شركة دار العمران للاستشارات الهندسية والمعمارية (DAO) هي شركة استشارية متعددة التخصصات بخبرة تتجاوز 40 عامًا، تقدم حلول تخطيط حضري، تصميم معماري، هندسي، داخلي، بنية تحتية، بيئي وتصميم المناظر الطبيعية، عبر أكثر من 20 دولة. تحمل الشركة ترخيص بناء بدون حد أقصى للارتفاع من بلدية دبي وتعمل في قطاعات متنوعة تشمل الحكومي، الثقافي، التعليمي، الصحي، الضيافة، التجاري، السكني والصناعي.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تطوير رسومات فنية دقيقة، والمواصفات، ومستندات البناء لضمان ترجمة تصميمات المناظر الطبيعية إلى حلول قابلة للبناء.
التأكد من الامتثال للوائح الإمارات ومعايير المشاريع.
العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ التصميم بدقة وجودة عالية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة مثبتة في تصميم المناظر الطبيعية وتنفيذ المشاريع.
معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية في الإمارات.

🔹 Health Safety Environment Engineer – مهندس الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

المؤهلات والشهادات:

درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
شهادات مهنية (إلزامية، أحدها على الأقل): NEBOSH، IOSH، NVQ Level 5، CSP أو ما يعادلها.

الخبرة المطلوبة:

7–12 سنة خبرة كاملة كمهندس HSE، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة البناء.
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع هندسية أو إنشاءات.

🔹 Electrical Engineer – مهندس كهربائي

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
خبرة 7–12 سنة في تصميم مشاريع البناء.
خبرة قوية في تصميم المباني وامتلاك معرفة بكود البناء الإماراتي (دبي، أبوظبي، رأس الخيمة، الشارقة) والمعايير الدولية.
إتقان برنامج REVIT، وBIM ضروري.
خبرة في مشاريع بنية تحتية أو صناعية كبيرة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة بالعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

🔹 Mechanical Inspector – مفتش ميكانيكي

المؤهلات والخبرة:

خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التفتيش الميكانيكي أو مجال مشابه، مع 5 سنوات خبرة في الإمارات.
خبرة في المباني التجارية، المراكز التجارية، المولات، ومشاريع التجديد.
معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية، الرموز والمعايير.
مهارات تواصل وكتابة تقارير ممتازة.
رخصة قيادة سارية وسيارة شخصية.
