2-Senior Resident Engineer (Roads & Bridges)

Job Description 

Zutari is seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee a high-profile infrastructure project for a renowned developer in the UAE. This role is critical to the successful delivery of road networks, bridges, utilities integration, and major infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil, structural, and utilities projects, and ensure full compliance with DMT requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Supervision:

• Oversee the development of road networks, access ramps, and related infrastructure

• Supervise bridge construction and other major structural works

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines

Utilities and Infrastructure Integration:

• Lead utilities infrastructure integration to ensure seamless urban connectivity

• Coordinate with DMT and relevant authorities to meet regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve challenges and optimize solutions

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary on-site liaison between contractor, developer, and stakeholders

• Provide regular progress updates and technical reports

• Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil, structural, and utilities projects

• At least 5 years of experience in Dubai

• Proven experience managing high-profile infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and requirements

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

• Professional certification such as PE, CEng, or equivalent is highly desirable

نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي

تبحث شركة Zutari عن مهندس مقيم أول ذو خبرة للإشراف على مشروع بنية تحتية بارز لصالح مطور معروف في دولة الإمارات. يُعد هذا الدور محوريًا في تنفيذ شبكات الطرق، والجسور، وأعمال المرافق، والبنية التحتية الرئيسية، مع ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات دائرة البلديات والنقل (DMT) والمعايير الدولية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة المشروع والإشراف:

• الإشراف على تنفيذ شبكات الطرق ومداخل الوصول والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها

• متابعة أعمال إنشاء الجسور والعناصر الإنشائية الرئيسية

• ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة والجداول الزمنية

تكامل المرافق والبنية التحتية:

• قيادة أعمال تكامل شبكات المرافق لضمان الترابط الحضري السلس

• التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية وDMT لضمان الالتزام باللوائح

• التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لمعالجة التحديات وتحسين الحلول

التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة:

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية في الموقع بين المقاول والمطور وبقية الأطراف

• تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم الأعمال والجوانب الفنية

• معالجة المشكلات الفنية بسرعة لتقليل أي تأخير في المشروع

ضمان الجودة والالتزام:

• تطبيق ومتابعة إجراءات ضبط الجودة طوال دورة حياة المشروع

• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية والمواصفات وأفضل الممارسات

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للتحقق من التقدم والالتزام بالتصاميم

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية (الماجستير مفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مشاريع الطرق والجسور والمرافق

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل دبي

• سجل مثبت في إدارة مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى

• معرفة شاملة بأنظمة ومتطلبات هيئة الطرق والمواصلات (RTA)

• مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة عالية على حل المشكلات

• إجادة استخدام برامج الهندسة مثل AutoCAD وCivil 3D

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• شهادات مهنية مثل PE أو CEng أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة قوية
