Soft FM Services Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee and monitor the day-to-day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.) performed by third-party service providers
-
Conduct regular site inspections and audits in Maximo to verify service compliance against agreed KPIs, scope of work, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related service industry within the UAE
-
Strong understanding of UAE supplier markets and FM-related materials and services

Familiarity with ERP systems

Education & Qualifications

Diploma or professional certification in Electrical Systems

Valid UAE Driver’s License

Experience

Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Electrician in property management, facilities management, or building maintenance environments

Expertise in panel boards, electrical lines, troubleshooting, and specialized measuring equipment
-
Knowledge of both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, as well as control systems

Analytics and Reporting

Compile sustainability data including energy use, water use, emissions, and reduction progress

Monitor energy and water costs and analyze utility bills for savings opportunities

Conduct ongoing M&V against approved baselines

Develop metering strategies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Leadership

Facilitate and track delivery of initiatives in coordination with FM service providers and internal teams
-
Manage service providers to ensure compliance with Facility Manager, Wasael PM, and client policies
Senior Manager – FMCC
Key Relationships

Internal: Service partners, HR, Procurement, Finance, IT, Sinyar ADA contract teams

External: Contractors, suppliers, client representatives
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field
Experience
-
10+ years in Facilities Management or Operations within a complex environment

Experience managing 24/7 control room operations
-
Strong background in stakeholder coordination, data analytics, reporting, and KPI monitoring
Preferred

IWFM/IFMA certification

Experience in aviation, critical facilities, utilities, or transport hubs
