Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Details

Join our project team as an Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant. Work alongside talented professionals and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include developing back-end REST and SOAP UI web services for Oracle e-Business Suite modules. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Design and implement HCM and custom modules in Oracle Applications R12
Develop SQL queries, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
Build and maintain interfaces and data load processes for Oracle applications
Develop back-end web services using REST and SOAP
Utilize Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine) for workflow approvals
Work with OAF pages and custom personalizations
Create XML Publisher reports and standard/custom workflows
Conduct unit testing and integrated testing with Oracle
Document and communicate results clearly
Perform requirements analysis and solution design

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
7+ years of experience with Oracle Applications R12
Strong technical expertise in HCM Modules (SSHR, Core HR, OLM, PMS, i-Recruitment)
Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Track record of delivering results and following through on commitments
