Sales Coordinator – Spare Parts Department
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the Spare Parts Department by processing customer orders, managing documentation, and preparing sales reports. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders from quotation to delivery.
Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices, and Proforma Invoices.
Coordinate with procurement for stock requirements.
Arrange export documentation and Chamber invoices.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports.
Assist with audit documentation and vendor registration.
Maintain a well-organized showroom environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with HVAC-related experience.
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, SRM, Navision, BAAN).
