Role Overview:
We are looking for a Soil & Field Testing Technician to conduct laboratory and on-site testing for soil, rock, concrete, and aggregate materials. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with international standards, and proper reporting to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soil, rock, and concrete analysis according to BS, ASTM, and AASHTO standards.

• Perform tests including particle size distribution, Atterberg limits, Proctor compaction, moisture content, UCS, Point Load, Direct Shear, and other relevant tests.

• Carry out on-site testing to assess field conditions and compliance with design requirements (Field Density, In Situ CBR, Infiltration, Packer, Plate Load tests).

• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and accurate operation of lab equipment.

• Implement Quality Management System (QMS) practices and verify in-house soil and concrete testing equipment.

• Prepare accurate and factual reports based on lab and field test results.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Soil Mechanics, Geology, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in ISO 17025:2017 accredited geotechnical laboratory testing.

• Strong familiarity with laboratory and field testing methods for construction materials.

• Knowledge of BS, ASTM, and AASHTO standards.
