Patient Coordinator – With Aesthetic Experience
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Work Type: Full-time
Role Description:
The Patient Coordinator with aesthetic experience will manage appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and perform receptionist duties. The role involves efficient communication with patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming patient experience. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and medical terminology is required to assist in patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient interactions and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and communication
Schedule appointments and manage receptionist tasks
Coordinate patient consultations and treatment plans
Explain procedures, packages, and pricing clearly to patients
Follow up with leads and existing patients
Support doctors during consultations
Ensure complete documentation and patient files
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to clinic growth
Requirements:
Arabic speaking is mandatory
Previous experience in dermatology or plastic surgery clinics
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
Strong sales and consultation coordination skills
Ability to follow up with patients and close treatment plans

الوصف الوظيفي:
مسؤول عن إدارة المواعيد، تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، وأداء مهام الاستقبال. يشمل الدور التواصل الفعال مع المرضى، التعامل مع الاستفسارات، وضمان تجربة سلسة وترحيبية للمرضى. كما يتطلب الدور المعرفة بالعلاجات التجميلية والمصطلحات الطبية للمساعدة في تنسيق المواعيد وخطط العلاج.
المهام الرئيسية:
التعامل مع المرضى والاستفسارات عبر الهاتف بشكل احترافي
جدولة المواعيد وإدارة مهام الاستقبال
تنسيق الاستشارات وخطط العلاج للمرضى
توضيح الإجراءات والباقات والأسعار للمرضى
متابعة العملاء المحتملين والحاليين
دعم الأطباء أثناء الاستشارات
الحفاظ على توثيق كامل وسجلات المرضى
تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والمساهمة في نمو العيادة
المتطلبات:
إجادة اللغة العربية أمر ضروري
خبرة سابقة في عيادات الجلدية أو جراحة التجميل
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع المرضى
مهارات قوية في المبيعات وتنسيق الاستشارات
القدرة على متابعة المرضى وإتمام خطط العلاج
