Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies

• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and follow up on purchase orders

• Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all purchased items

• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor details

• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishment needs

Requirements:

1. مساعد مشتريات – دبي، الإمارات

نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

المسؤوليات:

• المساعدة في شراء المنتجات الصيدلانية والإمدادات الطبية

• التنسيق مع الموردين والتفاوض على الأسعار ومتابعة طلبات الشراء

• ضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب والتأكد من جودة جميع المواد المشتراة

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمعاملات الشرائية وتفاصيل الموردين

• دعم إدارة المخزون من خلال متابعة مستويات المخزون واحتياجات التجديد
