Role Overview
The role provides confidential psychological counseling and mental-health support to employees across the organization. This position focuses on preventing stress, burnout, and disengagement, supporting employees during challenging periods, and advising HR and leadership on mental-health–related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support

Provide confidential psychological counseling and mental-health support to employees.

Identify early signs of stress, burnout, and disengagement and recommend interventions.
-
Support employees during high-pressure periods, personal challenges, and workplace transitions.
Advisory to HR & Leadership
-
Advise HR and leadership on mental-health–related employee relations cases.
-
Contribute anonymous insights and trends to HR for employee well-being and engagement initiatives.
Programs & Training
-
Design and deliver preventive well-being programs (stress management, resilience, emotional regulation).

Coach managers on emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and handling sensitive situations.

Conduct mental-health awareness sessions and workshops.
Compliance & Ethics
-
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality, and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

Licensed Psychiatrist or Clinical / Organizational Psychologist.

Valid DOH / DHA / MOH license (or eligibility to obtain).

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in:

Corporate environments

High-pressure industries (sales, finance, consulting, real estate)

Strong understanding of organizational behavior and workplace dynamics.

Experience collaborating with HR and leadership teams.

تقديم الإرشاد النفسي والدعم الصحي النفسي للموظفين بسرية.

التعرف على العلامات المبكرة للـ ضغط العمل، الإرهاق، وانخفاض الانخراط واقتراح التدخلات المناسبة.

دعم الموظفين خلال الفترات ذات الضغط العالي، التحديات الشخصية، والانتقالات الوظيفية.
التوجيه للموارد البشرية والإدارة

تقديم المشورة للموارد البشرية والإدارة حول القضايا المتعلقة بالصحة النفسية للموظفين.
-
المساهمة برؤى واتجاهات مجهولة المصدر لدعم مبادرات الرفاهية والانخراط الوظيفي.
البرامج والتدريب
-
تصميم وتنفيذ برامج وقائية للرفاهية النفسية (إدارة التوتر، تعزيز المرونة، تنظيم العواطف).

تدريب المديرين على الذكاء العاطفي، السلامة النفسية، والتعامل مع المواقف الحساسة.
-
عقد جلسات وورش عمل للتوعية بالصحة النفسية.
الالتزام والأخلاقيات

ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية، السرية، ولوائح دولة الإمارات.
المؤهلات والخبرة
-
طبيب نفسي مرخص أو أخصائي نفسي سريري / تنظيمي.

الحصول على رخصة DOH / DHA / MOH أو استيفاء شروط الحصول عليها.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، ويفضل في:

بيئات العمل المؤسسية

الصناعات عالية الضغط (المبيعات، المالية، الاستشارات، العقارات)

فهم قوي لـ سلوكيات المنظمة وديناميكيات مكان العمل.
