ALEKS – Growth and Enablement Specialist
Build the Future: As a Growth and Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding awareness and driving adoption of ALEKS across global higher education regions (including MEASAF, Asia, ANZ, and UKNECE).
Combine business development expertise with a strong understanding of the higher education landscape to strengthen market presence and build strategic relationships.
Contribute to making ALEKS an indispensable tool for faculty and students by amplifying impact across diverse institutions.
How You Can Make an Impact
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of ALEKS products to support new customer acquisition and expand existing business across international HE regions.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to promote ALEKS across diverse higher education institutions; track and monitor pipeline and collaborate with regional sales teams.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase platform awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and execute targeted outreach strategies.
Organize and participate in events, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase ALEKS; deliver internal and external training as needed.

Human Resource Business Partner
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Proven experience in a similar HR role within a corporate environment supporting business objectives and talent growth.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the EMEA region.
Contribute to the design and development of HR and business metrics; identify staff issues, talent needs, and trends.
Build and manage strategic relationships to facilitate effective information flow, decision-making, and actions on HR issues across unit and project levels.
Partner with COEs to develop and implement HR programs across talent planning and acquisition, onboarding, performance and goal setting, rewards, and succession planning, using data insights to drive improvements.
Plan and lead organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and processes.
Provide training, coaching, and collaboration with business and functional leaders in employee development, team-building, performance management, and talent planning.
Champion Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) values and embed inclusive practices across initiatives.
Support Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives in business and HR functions, including change management.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
Demonstrated experience in Global Mobility and Immigration.
Excellent communication and advanced computer skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Collaboration platforms).

Individual Sales Performance: Own and manage your territory with full accountability for sales targets and revenue growth.
Develop New Business Opportunities: Work with customer success representatives to ensure sustainable usage of McGraw Hill products and solutions, addressing client needs to strengthen relationships.
Deliver Tailored Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings across your region to close deals and build partnerships.
Sales Team Enablement & Process Alignment: Ensure consistency and alignment across the team in sales processes, CRM usage, and implementation of best practices. Drive adoption of standardized workflows, pipelines, and documentation to enhance efficiency.
Internal Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert on tools (Salesforce), pricing structures, proposal templates, and product positioning. Maintain high-quality CRM records and forecast accuracy.
Training & Coaching: Lead onboarding and continuous training initiatives for new Learning Consultants. Provide ongoing support on sales techniques, solution mapping, and effective customer engagement.
