Requirements

Previous experience in clinics preferred
Experience in telecalling and customer care
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Handle patient appointments and reception duties
Manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and ensure smooth clinic operations
Provide excellent customer service
