Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Graduate Engineer – Operations to join our team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi at our Cement Manufacturing Plant.
This role provides exposure to plant operations, process optimization, and quality assurance in a challenging industrial environment.
The position offers hands-on training and development opportunities to build expertise in cement production, plant safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plant Operations Support

Assist in monitoring and controlling cement production process parameters

Support senior engineers in troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth plant operations
-
Participate in routine plant inspections and performance checks
2. Process & Quality Control
-
Contribute to sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, clinker, and finished cement
-
Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact
-
Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet industry and regulatory standards
3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
-
Adhere to plant safety protocols and actively participate in safety awareness programs
-
Support sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and emissions reduction
4. Continuous Improvement & Learning
-
Gain hands-on experience with plant equipment such as kilns, mills, and preheaters
-
Assist in projects related to energy efficiency, waste heat recovery, and alternative fuels
-
Document learnings and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

دعم مبادرات تحسين العمليات لزيادة الكفاءة، تقليل الهدر، وتقليل التأثير البيئي

التعاون مع فريق الجودة لضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمعايير الصناعية والتنظيمية
3. الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)

الالتزام ببروتوكولات سلامة المصنع والمشاركة الفعالة في برامج التوعية بالسلامة

دعم المبادرات المستدامة، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على الطاقة وتقليل الانبعاثات
4. التحسين المستمر والتعلم
