HSE Specialist

Responsibilities:

Support implementation of Tajmee’e’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
Assist in risk assessments and follow up on implementation of risk mitigation programs
Facilitate compliance activities and deliver safety training and awareness sessions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to prevent incidents, safeguard personnel and assets, and uphold regulatory and organizational HSE standards
Support operational implementation of HSE policies across all sites to ensure uniform standards and mitigate risks
Assist in developing and delivering HSE training materials; conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness sessions; identify training gaps
Perform frontline hazard identification and risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks
Support risk assessments for new projects, equipment, or processes
Conduct behavioural safety observations to promote safe work practices and reduce workplace hazards

Emerging Markets and M&A Senior Analyst

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or related discipline
Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Investment Management, International Business, Strategic Management, or related discipline
Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or equivalent preferred

Experience:

Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience in emerging market evaluation, mergers & acquisitions analysis, financial coordination, or strategic investment support
Preferably within waste management, environmental services, utilities, or large-scale diversified group sectors
Experience in public or private sector organizations

Workshop Supervisor

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related discipline
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related discipline
Professional certification preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related discipline, demonstrating technical competence in vehicle systems, maintenance operations, and workshop processes for fleet readiness management

أخصائي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Specialist)

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن دعم تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في شركة تجميع، من خلال المشاركة في تقييم المخاطر، متابعة تنفيذ برامج التخفيف من المخاطر، تيسير أنشطة الالتزام، تقديم التدريب والتوعية بالسلامة، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر للحد من الحوادث وحماية الأفراد والممتلكات وضمان الامتثال للوائح ومعايير HSE.

الأهداف الرئيسية للوظيفة:

دعم التطبيق العملي لسياسات وإجراءات HSE لضمان الفهم والالتزام المستمر عبر جميع المواقع.
المساهمة في تطوير وتقديم مواد تدريبية في مجال السلامة بالتنسيق مع قسم التدريب، وإجراء جلسات Toolbox Talks، التعريف بالمواقع، وجلسات التوعية بالسلامة، مع تحديد فجوات التدريب لتصعيدها.
أداء تحديد المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر للمهام الروتينية وغير الروتينية، دعم تقييم المخاطر للمشاريع الجديدة، المعدات أو العمليات، وإجراء مراقبة السلوكيات لتعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة والوقاية من الحوادث.

محلل أول – الأسواق الناشئة والاندماجات والاستحواذات (Emerging Markets and M&A Senior Analyst)

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس على الأقل في المالية، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال، الأعمال الدولية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في المالية، إدارة الاستثمار، الأعمال الدولية، الإدارة الاستراتيجية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
يفضل وجود شهادات مهنية مثل CFA، FMVA أو ما يعادلها في التحليل المالي، إدارة الاستثمار، أو المالية المؤسسية، لإثبات فهم متقدم للتقييم والتحليل الاستراتيجي.

الخبرة العملية:

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تقييم الأسواق الناشئة، تحليل الاندماجات والاستحواذات، التنسيق المالي، أو دعم الاستثمارات الاستراتيجية، ويفضل في قطاعات إدارة النفايات، الخدمات البيئية، المرافق، أو مجموعات كبيرة متنوعة، سواء في القطاع العام أو الخاص.

مشرف ورشة عمل (Workshop Supervisor)

المؤهلات:

دبلوم على الأقل في الهندسة الميكانيكية، تكنولوجيا السيارات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، تكنولوجيا السيارات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
يفضل وجود شهادة مهنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية، تكنولوجيا السيارات، أو تخصص ذي صلة لإثبات الكفاءة التقنية في أنظمة المركبات، عمليات الصيانة، وعمليات الورشة لضمان أداء الورشة وجاهزية الأسطول.
