Facility Management Business Development

About the Job:

The Business Development - Facility Management is responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities in the FM sector. This role involves identifying new client prospects, developing and executing strategic plans, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the facility management sector.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and target potential clients, including commercial properties, industrial facilities, and institutional clients, to promote facility management services.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.

3. Proposal and Pitch Development:

Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the company’s expertise and value proposition in facility management.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.

Joinery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the joinery team, ensuring efficient workflow.
Review project specifications and drawings to plan work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in safety standards and regulations relevant to the joinery industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Joinery Draftsman

About the Job:

The Joinery Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for custom woodwork and joinery works such as doors, cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture based on project requirements. They work closely with design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed joinery/shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Review architectural drawings and convert them into joinery production drawings.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and production team for required information.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and follow project specifications.
Revise drawings based on comments or changes from consultants or clients.
Create cutting lists and material take-offs as needed.
Maintain drawing files and documentation properly.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in joinery or woodworking drafting.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is a plus.
Strong understanding of joinery materials, construction methods, and detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات لتخطيط جداول العمل وتوزيع الموارد بشكل فعال.
تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لأعضاء الفريق وحل المشكلات عند ظهورها.
مراقبة جودة العمل وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الصناعية وسياسات الشركة.
