Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, project budgeting, and verification of project expenses. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure financial control, accurate reporting, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Monitor project budgets and track expenditures
Verify bills of quantities, invoices, and contractor payments
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize costs
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in construction cost estimation and project budgeting
Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards
