Available Roles

1. Reservations Agent

  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations

  • Manage bookings across OTAs and direct channels

  • Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests

  • Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams

  • Upsell add-on services and promotions

Requirements:

  • Experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or sales

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service and sales mindset

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

Preferred:

  • Experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals

  • Knowledge of PMS systems

  • Multilingual candidates

2. Legal Counsel – Real Estate (In-House)

  • Draft, review, and negotiate tenancy contracts (Ejari) and Dubai real estate agreements

  • Prepare and manage holiday homes agreements, property management contracts, and leasing documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations

  • Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and holiday homes operations

Requirements:

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as an In-House Legal Counsel / Real Estate Lawyer in Dubai, UAE

  • Experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or real estate/property management

  • Knowledge of DLD, RERA, Ejari, and tenancy contracts

  • Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu preferred

3. Senior Frontend Software Engineer

  • Lead frontend development for web and mobile applications

  • Build scalable frontend architectures, modular UI libraries, and optimized performance

  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders

  • Implement testing strategies and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional frontend development experience

  • Expertise in React/Angular, TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design

  • Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, TanStack Query, etc.)

  • Mobile app development and publishing experience

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest)

4. Senior Golang Engineer

  • Improve backend reliability, system performance, and code quality

  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering leadership

  • Guide platform architecture, scalability, and testing strategies

  • Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for Go development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Go (Golang) in production systems

  • Strong knowledge of backend architecture, concurrency, and scalable system design

  • Experience with testing, observability, and performance optimization

  • إدارة الحجوزات عبر منصات OTA والقنوات المباشرة

  • معالجة التعديلات والإلغاءات والطلبات الخاصة

  • التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والتنظيف

  • الترويج للخدمات الإضافية والعروض عند الاقتضاء

الشروط:

  • خبرة في الحجز أو الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابةً وشفهيًا

  • تركيز على خدمة العملاء والمبيعات

  • القدرة على تعدد المهام في بيئة سريعة

  • الإلمام بمنصات OTA ميزة إضافية

  • الاستعداد للعمل بنوبات مرنة

المفضلة:

  • خبرة في المنازل السياحية أو الإقامات القصيرة

  • معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الممتلكات (PMS)

  • إجادة لغات متعددة

2. المستشار القانوني – العقارات (In-House Legal Counsel)

  • صياغة ومراجعة والتفاوض على عقود الإيجار (Ejari) واتفاقيات العقارات في دبي

  • إعداد وإدارة عقود إدارة المنازل والإيجارات

  • ضمان الالتزام الكامل بقوانين دائرة الأراضي والأملاك (DLD) وهيئة التنظيم العقاري (RERA)

  • تقديم استشارات قانونية حول العقارات وتشغيل المنازل السياحية

الشروط:

  • شهادة قانون (LLB أو ما يعادلها)

  • خبرة مثبتة كمستشار قانوني داخلي / محامي عقارات في دبي

  • خبرة في المنازل السياحية أو الإقامات القصيرة أو إدارة العقارات

  • معرفة بـ DLD وRERA وEjari وعقود الإيجار

  • إتقان اللغة الهندية/الأردية ميزة إضافية

3. مهندس برمجيات أول – Frontend

  • قيادة تطوير الواجهات الأمامية لتطبيقات الويب والموبايل

  • بناء بنية واجهات قابلة للتوسع ومكتبات UI محسنة

  • التعاون مع المصممين والمهندسين وفرق العمل

  • تطبيق استراتيجيات الاختبار وتوجيه المهندسين الجدد

الشروط:

  • خبرة 4+ سنوات في تطوير واجهات Frontend

  • خبرة متقدمة في React/Angular وTypeScript وCSS الحديث

  • معرفة بأدوات إدارة الحالة (Redux، TanStack Query)

  • خبرة في تطوير تطبيقات الموبايل والنشر

  • خبرة في أدوات الاختبار (Cypress، Playwright، Jest)

4. مهندس Go / Golang أول

  • تحسين موثوقية الأداء الخلفي والهيكلية وجودة الكود

  • التعاون مع فرق البنية التحتية والمنتجات

  • توجيه هندسة المنصة وقابلية التوسع واستراتيجيات الاختبار

  • توجيه المهندسين الجدد وإرساء أفضل ممارسات تطوير Go

الشروط:

  • خبرة مثبتة في Go (Golang) في أنظمة الإنتاج

  • معرفة قوية بالهندسة الخلفية، تعدد العمليات، وتصميم الأنظمة القابلة للتوسع

  • خبرة في الاختبارات، المراقبة، وتحسين الأداء
