1. Industrial Adhesive Sales Manager – UAE

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: On-site

Henkel is seeking an experienced Industrial Adhesive Sales Manager to drive sales, develop client relationships, and expand market presence across the UAE. The role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet industry and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial adhesives in the UAE market.
Identify and engage key industrial clients, building long-term relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct training and provide guidance to sales representatives and clients.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote Henkel products.

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in industrial adhesives or technical B2B sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of UAE industrial markets and client networks.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
